Customer bill copy compulsory for delivery. In case of loss or damage of bill a Photo ID
proof of the customer is compulsory for delivery
Waashub will not be responsible for inherent weakness or defects in the garment that are
not visible before processing.
Examine your garments for any valuables. Management is not responsible for any such
Type of service needed must be specified at the time of billing. We are not responsible
for mismatch of the service provided.
In the event of loss by fire, any other loss or damage to garments for which we may
accept liability without prejudice and such liability may not exceed ten (10) times the rate
charged by us provided the claim is made within 24 hours from receiving the order along
with the tag and customer bill copy. Such claim shall be deemed not exceeding INR 2000
or whichever is lowest, unless the original tax invoice of the garment is produced.
Stain removal is not a guarantee.
All garments must be collected within three (3) weeks from the deposit date on the bill.
Any unclaimed garments after three (3) weeks will be disposed.
Please check the number of garments while delivery otherwise Waashub count must be
accepted as correct.
GST applicable as per government norms.
Delivery charges extra in case of number of clothes less than 10.
